Our Yoga Mat is made completely out of hemp and bordered with organic cotton.
These mats offer a great alternative to rubber-based yoga mats which can often feel sweaty or have an unpleasant smell.
The bottom layer is made of raw hemp covered in natural rubber to make it non-slippery on a smooth surface. This mat can be used for different purposes such as meditation cushion, outdoor sleeping mat, as a rug or car pillow. They are great also for Bikram and Hot Yoga as a Mat topper or travel mat, being foldable.
We use no bleach or other chemical treatments or dyes in our production process. The fibres are hand-harvested, washed in pure Himalayan water and hand-spun, weaved and stitched. All this means that they look and feel amazing.
This mat stands out for its simple and clean design and its functionality, along with being environment-friendly.
Size: 183x65x1.5 cm ( 72x25.5x0.6 inches ).

This Yoga Mat is the result of the environmental benefits of hemp cultivation combined with its durable characteristics as a fabric.
We recommend hand washing in cold water for best results. Use diluted mild liquid soap. Drip dry/line dry out of direct sunlight.
While machine washing can be done, it will shorten the life of the mat so we do not recommend it. Cold wash with mild detergent, no spin.
Hemp constitutes a highly sustainable, low-impact crop that can be converted into fabric sustainably. As environmental problems are piling up high around us, so does the need to become increasingly aware of our choices.
We are promoting SLOW FASHION: Good, Clean and Fair
Good - Hemp ethically harvested in the hilly and mountainous regions of the Himalayas. Hemp returns 60-70% of the nutrients it takes from the soil and it requires very little water.
Clean - Chemicals and pesticides free and natural dye. The converting process uses a quarter of the water used for cotton and it can produce up to double the fibre yield per hectare than cotton.
Made by hand & traditional hand operating devices.
Fair - We collaborate with a local charity and our artisans are local
villagers from different social and economic backgrounds
which created a woman empowering a community that promotes
the development of new skills, education and health-care for
them and their children.
Join the movement and together we can make a difference living more sustainably.
